The approximately 150 years old Finca, which was totally renovated in 2006, is situated in the beautiful valley of Son Macia between the towns of Manacor and Felanitx. Manacor is only about 4 km away and within easy reach. In the village itself you can find everything for the daily needs. The finca is quiet. From the terraces you enjoy the view of almond fields and meadows of the valley. The golf course Vall D `Or, as well as the nearby bays on the east coast are only about 15 minutes away.

The Finca has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and central heating in all rooms. At the right side of the hall is the large dining - kitchen, modern equipment, at left the saloon with SAT- TV and 1 bedroom. On the first floor are 3 additional bed-room with 2 baths. Die Einrichtung ist traditionell spanisch gehalten. The furnituring is traditionally Spanish. Several terraces are located around the house.
