Description / Location:

The original part of the Finca Can Molinet was harmoniously renovated and expandes - together with a separated apartment, it offers for up to 14 guests very much space. The finca is located on the hills of the beautiful valley of Son Macia between the towns of Manacor and Felanitx. Manacor is only about 5 km away and within easy reach. In the village itself, you will find everything for your daily needs. The finca is very quiet. From the terraces you can enjoy the magnificent view across almond fields and meadows of the valley. Even the sea is visible. The Golf Vall D'Or, as well as near the east coast bays are located only 15 minutes away.

Equipment:

Main House: The about 300 square meters large main house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite). The bedrooms are equipped with 3 double beds and 5 single beds. Another person may sleep at the divan bed in the TV room (SAT and DVD). The very large kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, several refrigerators, freezers and dishwashers. You find eaven an expresso machine. In the large dining room can be all sorts of celebrations. An electronic safe is available.

In the outdoor area you will find a covered terrace for dining and a separate barbecue room with built-in barbecue, outdoor kitchen (also with dishwasher) and another shower room. The 5 x 10 m wide pool is from the main terrace accessible and has an electrical cover which protect playing children. Many more opportunities and sunbathing terraces round complet the very good equipment.

Small house: The nearby little apartment house has 1 bedroom with double bed, a small living room with a sofa bed, a shower and a small kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
