The typical Spanish cottage was formerly used by its owners to escape for the summer heat of the city. The location of the house is unique. From the terrace during the breakfast you may watch the phasing out of fishing and sailing boats. Within 5 min. by foot you are on the center of the harbor promenade and may choose among several top-class restaurants (such as the Colon). Two beaches are located to the right and left of the town, within walking distance. In the spring invites the landscape invites for walking or biking. The Golf Vall D'Or is just a few minutes away by car.

On the rear side is located in the courtyard with an outdoor kitchen for a long barbecue grill evenings.
